We process all orders on the day of payment.

Delivery options vary by country.  Either by a tracked and signed for service (such as Chronopost) delivered to the address that you specify, or via the Mondial Relay delivery network to a pickup point of your choice.  You can select your preferred delivery option during the checkout process.

Please contact us for an estimation of delivery times.  ShowRiders is not responsible for any delays in delivery and no compensation will be given in the event of a delay.  We will contact you to pass on any information concerning possible delays.

Packages must be checked upon receipt and the delivery company must immediately be notified of any damage.  Packages can be refused if they appear to have been opened or damaged.  You must notify us of any issues regarding your purchase within 30 days.


Please contact us if you need to return a product. If you made a mistake in the product selection, the cost of returning the item will be paid by you.

In the event of a defect or a non-conformity of a product delivered or an error on the part of ShowRiders concerning the model delivered, we will offer you a remplacement or a full refund.

The defective product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.  The returned articles must be returned in their original packaging with labels attached and must not have been used.
